Chicago Private Car Service Reservation Tips
When is the best time to call to book a reservation?
Our peek times are Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays during the afternoon and evening hours. When possible, schedule your reservation on off days.
How much advanced notice is required to book a reservation?
We offer same day service and do not require a reservation. However, we recommend that you book at least 24 hours prior to the time you want service on most days and 48 hours in advance for car service on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings.
How do I get picked up from O’Hare or Midway?
Once you have your luggage, call us at 773.594.9021 and we'll let you know which car number is picking you up and where you should meet that car. We also monitor flight times and plan accordingly.
Can I book a reservation online?
Yes, all online reservations require 24 hours advanced notice. Once you place your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation and one of our customer service representatives will call you to confirm your reservation details.
How can I pay for my reservation?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, house charges and credit cards on file. You can pay at the time of service with the driver, pre-pay with one of our customer service reps and request that your credit card be saved on file for future reservations. For your protection, all customer credit cards on file are locked up and stored physically in house and not in a database on a computer.
Can I request a specific driver for a reservation?
Yes, At Chicago Private Car, we feel that if you are extremely satisfied with the service that he or she provided for you, we will make every effort to schedule that driver for your reservation.
